Job summary

ZO Skin Health, Inc. is seeking a driven field-based sales professional to grow our presence with physician offices and cosmetic practices in the assigned territory.

The role focuses on dermatology and plastic surgery, building trusted relationships and expanding the customer base through strategic outreach. You will train physicians and staff on product knowledge, coordinate events, and collaborate with marketing and customer service to align goals and drive adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside sales experience in skincare/pharmaceutical/cosmetics.
• Must have an established and extensive network to generate new accounts.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Growth by building and maintaining trusted relationships with physician accounts.
• Identify, qualify, and open new physician-owned accounts across dermatology and plastic surgery.
• Forecast sales using the company financial planning system and track performance.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute in-practice marketing programs, events, and training.
• Partner with accounts to optimize product placement, displays, and retail space.
