Job summary

Veeva Systems, a Work Anywhere company, is seeking a remote, full-time Vault CRM consultant to partner with life sciences customers, lead discovery workshops, and ensure full use of Vault capabilities. This role emphasizes customer success, solution oriented thinking, and hands-on implementation without coding.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams, develop expertise in Vault, plan builds and deployments, and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of consulting or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare or CRM.
• Proven ability to present to senior management and executives.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% depending on team composition.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer in process discovery workshops and map to best practices.
• Articulate complex concepts to audiences with varying levels of understanding.
• Develop and deepen Vault platform expertise.
• Plan, manage, and execute application build, test, and deployment activities.
• Identify interdependencies between program or project workstreams.
• Create project deliverables and standards (e.g., process standards).
• Plan after go-live activities including ongoing support and changes to align with full capabilities.
• Mentor and develop junior team members to foster a growing, collaborative team.
