Job summary

Veeva Systems is a mission-driven leader in Life Sciences Industry Cloud, seeking a Consultant/Senior Consultant for our Site Solutions Professional Services team. You will implement SiteVault and act as the primary liaison between Veeva and key customer stakeholders, driving collaboration and long-term value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of enterprise software implementation experience in the life sciences, healthcare, or relevant fields.
• Based in North America and willing to travel up to 20%.
• Customer-facing consulting experience delivering workshop material, developing meaningful customer relationships, and gathering requirements with business and system stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of SiteVault eISF and CTMS, aligning with customer goals and sales expectations.
• Build strong relationships by regularly engaging with customer decision-makers.
• Support renewal efforts, engage with potential renewals, and guide them through the process.
• Create and maintain an automated onboarding experience for SiteVault, and provide light-touch support through HubSpot.
• Lead year-end reviews to discuss progress, gather insights, and kickstart renewal conversations.
• Provide valuable feedback to the product team, informing them of customer needs and industry trends.
