Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Certifications like AWS DevOps, Google Cloud DevOps, or CKA are a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix systems and cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation for reliability tooling.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and IaC.
• Strong incident management and post-incident analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system health, performance metrics, and incidents; respond promptly.
• Implement incident response processes to minimize downtime.
• Develop and maintain automation tools and deployment processes.
• Apply infrastructure-as-code to ensure consistency and repeatability.
