Job summary

Pond & Company is recruiting a Site Manager to lead fuels systems projects across multiple locations in the U.S. This role emphasizes planning, organizing, coordinating, and administering onsite work to meet time and budget goals while upholding safety standards.

You will build strong client relationships, oversee service orders, and mentor staff, ensuring deliverables align with contracts and quality expectations across project phases.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in wetted fueling systems (piping, mechanical, hydrants).
• Knowledge of UFGS, UFC, ASME, API standards and related codes.
• Ability to obtain or maintain government security clearance.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the Maintenance & Repair System (Prime) for all service orders and coordinates with management.
• Engages with site teams to maintain schedules, budgets and safety plans.
• Reviews scopes of work and ensures health, safety and quality plans are followed.
• Serves as direct support on service orders between Pond, subcontractors and engineers.
• Keeps client informed on high priority repairs and risks; leads meetings as needed.
