Job summary

Sano Genetics is seeking a Site Engagement Lead to shape a strategic network of referring sites, manage relationships with investigators and site staff, and run structured engagement programs across multiple clinical programmes. You will onboard sites to the Sano platform, drive ongoing platform adoption, and coordinate communications and materials to optimise recruitment.

The role involves stakeholder management, ongoing performance tracking, and collaboration with sponsors and project teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical site recruitment and engagement
• Ability to manage relationships with investigators, coordinators and sponsors
• Strong communication and project management skills

Responsibilities

• Define and own site network strategy for recruitment across programmes
• Build and maintain relationships with PIs and site staff
• Design and run structured engagement programmes with regular check-ins
• Onboard sites to the Sano platform and drive adoption
• Coordinate site materials and communications for recruitment campaigns
• Monitor site performance and provide dashboards and insights
• Liaise with sponsors, study teams and sites in planning and execution
