Job summary

Sano Genetics is seeking a Site Engagement Lead to serve as the primary liaison between Sano Genetics, sponsors or CROs, and referring clinical sites. You will shape a strategic site network that supports recruitment across Sano's portfolio, build lasting relationships with site teams, and manage day-to-day site engagement operations.

This role emphasizes hands-on collaboration with investigators, study coordinators, and patient-centered referral processes while ensuring GCP and data privacy

Qualifications

• Understand clinical research and patient recruitment – you bring experience recruiting and engaging patients for clinical studies.
• Know how to build relationships with clinical sites – you've worked with investigators, study coordinators and site teams.
• Think beyond individual studies – can scale a network of sites to support multiple programmes.
• Understand what drives referral and recruitment performance – you use data and feedback to improve.
• Can turn strategy into repeatable operations – you build processes and manage recruitment funnels and budgets.
• Are confident working with HCPs and patients – you can represent Sano credibly with site teams and patients.
• Enjoy being close to the action – you’ll visit sites and speak with partners to understand what works.
