Sano Genetics is seeking a Site Engagement Lead to manage relationships with clinical trial sites across the portfolio. You will develop a scalable site network and oversee referral processes to support recruitment and patient experience from eligibility to site referral.

In this role, you will collaborate with investigators, site teams, and internal partners to implement SOPs aligned with GCP and data privacy while focusing on performance improvement and patient outcomes.

• As Site Engagement Lead, you will be the primary point of contact between Sano Genetics, the sponsor and/or CRO, and the clinical trial and referring sites.
• Shape a strategic site network that supports recruitment across Sano's portfolio.
• Build lasting relationships with site teams and sponsors.
• Run day-to-day site engagement operations.
