Sano Genetics is seeking a Site Engagement Lead to manage and optimise the network of referring sites across our clinical trial portfolio. You will build strategic relationships with trial sites, sponsors, and CROs to drive efficient recruitment and positive patient experiences from eligibility through site referral.

In this hands-on role, you will visit sites, onboard teams, and ensure referrals align with regulatory standards while maximizing recruitment impact.

Responsibilities

• As Site Engagement Lead, you will be the primary point of contact between Sano Genetics, the sponsor and/or CRO, and the clinical trial and referring sites.
• You will shape a strategic site network that supports recruitment across Sano's portfolio, build lasting relationships with site teams, and run day-to-day site engagement operations.
