Job summary

Sano Genetics is seeking a Site Engagement Lead to be the primary liaison between sponsors, CROs, and clinical trial sites in the United States. You will shape and manage a strategic network of referring sites to support recruitment across Sano’s portfolio, building lasting relationships with site teams and driving day-to-day engagement operations.

You will focus on identifying high-value sites, turning referrals into long-term partnerships, and driving improvements in recruitment performance

Qualifications

• Understanding clinical research and patient recruitment is essential.
• Ability to build relationships with investigators, study coordinators and site teams.
• Experience taking a portfolio view across programmes to enable scalable recruitment channels.
• Knowledge of HCP journeys and referral performance and willingness to apply data to optimize strategies.
• Ability to design repeatable processes, manage recruitment funnels and budgets.
• Comfort engaging with sites and patients and presenting Sano credibly to partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between Sano Genetics, sponsors/CROs, and clinical trial sites.
• Shape a strategic site network to support recruitment across Sano’s portfolio.
• Build lasting relationships with site teams and run day-to-day site engagement operations.
• Develop onboarding, training, and ongoing support to embed Sano’s platform into site workflows.
• Monitor referral and enrolment performance and use insights to improve recruitment strategies.
