Job summary

Sano Genetics seeks a Site Engagement Lead to design and manage a scalable network of referring sites, partnering with sponsor and CRO teams to accelerate trial recruitment. Qualifications

• Experience in clinical research recruitment and engagement.
• Ability to build relationships with clinical sites and investigators.
• Ability to manage a network of sites across programmes.
• Strong communication and collaboration across internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale Sano's referring site network for multi-programme trials.
• Maintain relationships with PIs, study coordinators and site teams.
• Improve site engagement and referral performance with data-driven feedback.
• Lead recruitment journeys and site approaches to ensure efficient study launches.
• Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support to sites for referrals.
