Sano Genetics in the United States is seeking a Site Engagement Lead to serve as the primary liaison between Sano, sponsors, CROs and clinical trial sites. You will shape a network of sites to support recruitment across Sano’s portfolio and foster lasting relationships with site teams.

In this remote role, you will scale the referring-site network, turn sites into recruitment partners, monitor performance, and ensure a patient-friendly referral flow while upholding GCP and data privacy

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting patients for clinical studies.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical/biomedical industry.
• Ability to manage multiple site partnerships and recruitment initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Build a scalable, high-performing referring-site network across the portfolio.
• Develop partnerships with principal investigators, study coordinators and site teams.
• Drive site engagement and referral performance with data-driven insights.
• Accelerate study setup and recruitment readiness with right sites and strategies.
• Provide onboarding, training and ongoing support for site referrals.
