Sano Genetics is seeking a Site Engagement Lead to serve as the primary liaison between sponsors, CROs, and clinical trial sites. You will shape a strategic network to support recruitment across Sano’s portfolio and build lasting relationships with site teams.

In this remote USA role, you will manage day-to-day site engagement, ensure a positive patient experience from eligibility to site referral, and collaborate with medical monitors and delivery teams to optimize recruitment and study setup

Qualifications

• Understand clinical research and patient recruitment.
• Build relationships with investigators, study coordinators and site teams.
• Think beyond single studies to a portfolio view of site networks.
• Understand driver of referral and recruitment performance with data and feedback.
• Turn strategy into repeatable operations for recruitment funnels and budgets.
• Engage with HCPs and patients to refer to sites.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact between Sano Genetics, the sponsor/CRO, and the clinical trial and referring sites.
• Shape a strategic site network to support recruitment across Sano’s portfolio.
• Build lasting relationships with site teams and run day-to-day site engagement operations.
