Job summary

Sano Genetics seeks a Site Engagement Lead to orchestrate site networks and recruitment for multiple clinical trials. You will be the main liaison between sponsors, CROs, and clinical sites, shaping networks and improving referral flow.

You will build relationships with investigators, coordinators and site teams, turning partnerships into long-term recruitment channels while ensuring patient-centric experiences.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of clinical research and patient recruitment in pharma/biotech
• Ability to build relationships with investigators, study coordinators and site teams
• Ability to view recruitment as a portfolio, not a single study
• Understanding what drives referral and recruitment performance using data and feedback
• Capability to translate strategy into repeatable day-to-day operations
• Comfort working with health care professionals and patients
• Willingness to engage with sites, investigator meetings and partners to optimize processes

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact between Sano, sponsors/CROs, and trial sites
• Shape a strategic site network to support recruitment across Sano’s portfolio
• Build lasting relationships with site teams and ensure smooth day-to-day site engagement operations
