Job summary

Sano Genetics is seeking a Site Engagement Lead to be the primary liaison between Sano, sponsors or CROs, and clinical sites. You will shape a strategic site network that supports recruitment across Sano’s portfolio and run day-to-day site engagement operations.

You’ll build a scalable network of referring sites across programmes, foster trusted relationships with investigators and coordinators, and drive recruitment readiness while ensuring patient experience and compliance with GCP and data

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting and engaging patients for clinical studies.
• Ability to build relationships with investigators, study coordinators and site teams.
• Capacity to manage multiple programmes and sites.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact between Sano, sponsor/CRO, and sites.
• Shape strategic site networks to support recruitment across the portfolio.
• Build lasting relationships with site teams and run day-to-day site engagement operations.
• Scale referring site networks and monitor recruitment performance.
