Job summary

WCG is seeking an experienced Site Engagement & Insights Associate Director to lead the CenterWatch survey program, from instrument design to client readouts, across a global network of sites. You will connect survey insights to product and service development and strengthen sponsor and CRO relationships.

The role requires 8+ years in clinical research, strong writing and presentation skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating across business units.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in clinical research, with focus on site engagement or related sponsor/CRO roles.
• Experience designing, fielding, and analyzing surveys or VOC research is highly preferred.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end execution of the CenterWatch Global Site Relationship Survey program from design to readouts.
• Facilitate design kickoff and review discussions for the CenterWatch Forum with sponsor and CRO representatives.
• Analyze survey results and translate insights into actionable client deliverables.
