Job summary

WCG is seeking an experienced Site Engagement & Insights Associate Director to lead the CenterWatch site survey program, including the Global Site Relationship Survey and the companion Sponsor Company Survey, across WCG’s global network of research sites.

The role owns the full survey lifecycle—from instrument design to fielding, analysis, and client readouts—driving site insights into product and service development and strengthening sponsor, CRO, and site relationships.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in clinical research.
• Experience in site engagement, site management, or sponsor/CRO roles.
• Experience designing, fielding, and analyzing surveys or VOC programs.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Strong writing skills for reports and client communications.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Established industry network is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of the CenterWatch Global Site Relationship Survey program.
• Facilitate CenterWatch Forum discussions and manage feedback process.
• Design survey instruments with benchmarks, frameworks, and taxonomies.
• Plan survey distribution, sampling, multilingual deployment, and outreach.
• Analyze results and translate data into actionable insights and narratives.
• Develop benchmark reports and client deliverables.
• Coordinate client readouts with sponsor, CRO, and site audiences.
• Maintain data quality, respondent confidentiality, and research ethics.
• Collaborate across business units to act on survey findings.
