WCG, a global leader in clinical research services, seeks a Site Engagement & Insights Associate Director to lead the CenterWatch survey program from design to client readouts. This role connects survey insights across WCG’s business units to strengthen sponsor, CRO, and site relationships.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in clinical research with a strong background in site engagement and survey research, plus excellent communication and data storytelling skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in clinical research, site engagement, or related sponsor/CRO/site-facing roles.
• Experience designing, fielding, and analyzing surveys or voice-of-customer programs preferred.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with experience delivering to executive audiences.
• Strong writing skills for reports, publications, and client communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of the CenterWatch Global Site Relationship Survey program from design to readout.
• Support the CenterWatch Forum by coordinating discussions and preparing materials.
• Design and develop survey instruments with the Benchmarking & Analytics team.
• Plan and manage survey distribution, sampling, multi-language deployment, and outreach.
• Analyze survey results and translate data into actionable insights and narratives.
• Develop benchmark reports and client deliverables with region- and role-specific analyses.
