Job summary

WCG is seeking an experienced Site Engagement & Insights Associate Director to lead the CenterWatch site survey research program. You will manage end-to-end survey execution, from instrument design to client readouts, and connect survey insights to product development and sponsor relationships.

You will collaborate with leadership, Benchmarking & Analytics, and marketing teams, ensuring data quality and ethical standards while growing the global respondent panel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, public health, business, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• Equivalent experience in clinical research operations may be considered in lieu of a specific field of study.
• 8+ years of experience in clinical research, with significant time in clinical operations, site engagement, site management, or related sponsor, CRO, or site-facing roles.
• Experience designing, fielding, and analyzing surveys or voice-of-customer research programs strongly preferred.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with experience delivering findings to executive audiences.
• Strong writing skills for reports, publications, and client communications.
• Established industry network and external visibility is a plus.
• Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across business units.

Responsibilities

• Works with leadership to manage end-to-end execution of the CenterWatch Global Site Relationship Survey program from design kickoff through readout meetings.
• Supports the CenterWatch Forum by facilitating discussions and managing feedback through final release.
• Designs and develops survey instruments with the Benchmarking & Analytics team, including frameworks and taxonomies.
• Plans and manages survey distribution and fielding, including multilingual deployment and site outreach.
• Partners with analysts to analyze survey results and translate data into insights.
• Develops benchmark reports and client deliverables with region- and role-specific analyses.
• Coordinates client readout meetings and delivers findings to sponsor, CRO, and site audiences.
