Job summary

Ledcor Technical Services seeks a Site Acquisition Coordinator to manage telecom projects with a hybrid work setup. You will track all project phases, maintain logs, run WIP reports, and support cost tracking while collaborating with project managers, engineers, and field teams.

You’ll use Excel and Power BI to generate status dashboards, support change management, and ensure timely project completion with accurate billing and documentation across engagements in North America.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of site acquisition experience, telecoms preferred.
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables and Lookups.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, PMs, engineers, and field teams.
• Familiarity with_cost tracking and earned value metrics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track all phases of assigned projects.
• Maintain and update project logs, QB systems, and Excel trackers.
• Conduct weekly update calls with internal teams and clients.
• Generate and submit daily WIP reports and training summaries.
• Support project cost tracking across labor, materials, and subcontractors.
• Utilize Excel and Power BI to generate performance and status reports.
• Assist in change management and ensure accurate billing and documentation.
• Collaborate with field managers to ensure job readiness and timely completion.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
