Job summary

Ledcor Construction, Inc. is seeking a proactive Site Acquisition Coordinator to oversee telecom project coordination in a hybrid role.

You’ll manage field operations, cost tracking, and performance analysis while coordinating with project managers, engineers, and field teams, ensuring projects stay on time and within budget. You’ll generate WIP reports, support billing and documentation, and assist in stakeholder meetings, contributing to continuous improvement across North America.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of site acquisition experience, telecom preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, IF Statements).
• Experience collaborating with vendors, project managers, engineers, or field teams.
• Experience with Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS) is preferred but not required.
• Power BI and SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track all phases of assigned telecom projects.
• Maintain and update project logs and trackers to reflect real-time status.
• Conduct weekly update calls with internal teams and clients.
• Generate daily WIP reports and training summaries.
• Support project cost tracking including labor, materials, vendors, and equipment.
• Assist in preparing cost reports, forecasts, and earned value metrics; use Excel/Power BI for reporting.
• Support change management processes and ensure accurate billing/documentation.
• Collaborate with field managers to ensure job readiness and on-time completion.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and drive continuous improvement.
