Job summary

Ledcor Technical Services in Cincinnati, OH seeks a proactive Site Acquisition Coordinator to manage telecom projects on a hybrid remote basis. You will coordinate all project phases, track costs, and generate WIP and training summaries while interfacing with clients and internal teams.

Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookups, IF), Power BI and exposure to CBS/SAP are a plus. Travel to the Florence, KY area is occasional; collaboration with project managers and field crews is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of site acquisition experience; telecoms preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, IF statements).
• Experience collaborating with vendors, project managers, engineers, or field teams.
• Familiarity with Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS) is a plus.
• Power BI and SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track all phases of assigned projects.
• Maintain and update project logs, QB systems, and Excel trackers to reflect real-time project status.
• Conduct weekly update calls and meetings with internal teams and clients.
• Generate and submit daily WIP reports and training summaries.
• Support project cost tracking including labor, materials, vendors, subcontractors, and equipment.
• Assist in preparing cost reports, forecasts, and earned value metrics.
• Utilize Excel and Power BI to generate performance and status reports.
• Support change management processes and ensure accurate billing and documentation.
• Collaborate with field managers to ensure job readiness and timely project completion.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and contribute to continuous improvement.
