Ledcor Technical Services is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to manage telecom operations and project performance in a hybrid role across North America. You will coordinate field operations, track costs, and analyze performance with project managers, engineers, and clients.

The role requires 2+ years in telecom project coordination, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and the ability to travel up to 15% to project sites or offices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction project coordination or telecom project controls.
• Familiarity with U.S. telecommunications providers and their operating protocols.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and related reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track telecom maintenance and construction projects across all phases.
• Maintain project logs, CRM systems, and Excel trackers reflecting real-time status.
• Lead weekly update calls with internal teams and clients.
• Generate daily WIP reports and training summaries.
• Support cost tracking for labor, materials, subcontractors, and equipment.
• Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and earned value metrics (CPI, SPI, EAC).
• Create performance/status reports using Excel and Power BI.
• Support change management and ensure accurate billing/docs.
• Collaborate with field managers to ensure on-time project completion.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and drive continuous improvement.
