Job summary

Ledcor Technical Services is seeking a proactive Site Acquisition Coordinator to manage telecommunications projects remotely with occasional travel to regional offices. You will coordinate all project phases, maintain logs, run weekly calls, and produce WIP reports while supporting cost tracking and billing accuracy.

You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams, utilizing Excel and Power BI to monitor performance and status, and contributing to continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 1+ year of site acquisition experience.
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, lookups, formulas).
• Collaboration with vendors, PMs, engineers, or field teams.
• CBS experience is a plus; Power BI and SAP helpful.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track all phases of assigned projects.
• Maintain and update project logs, QB systems, and Excel trackers.
• Conduct weekly update calls with internal teams and clients.
• Generate daily WIP reports and training summaries.
