Job summary

Ledcor Technical Services is seeking a proactive Site Acquisition Coordinator to manage telecom projects remotely with occasional travel to the Florence, KY area. You will coordinate project phases, track costs, and deliver timely, within-budget results while collaborating with project managers, engineers, and field teams.

The role emphasizes strong Excel skills, experience with Power BI and CBS concepts, and the ability to communicate with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in site acquisition (telecommunications preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, IF Statements).
• Collaboration with vendors, project managers, engineers, or field teams.
• Experience with Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS) is a plus.
• Power BI and SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track all phases of assigned telecom projects.
• Maintain and update project logs and Excel trackers with real-time status.
• Lead weekly update calls with internal teams and clients.
• Generate daily WIP reports and training summaries.
• Support project cost tracking across labor, materials, vendors and equipment.
• Help prepare cost reports, forecasts and earned value metrics.
• Use Excel and Power BI to generate performance reports.
• Assist in billing documentation and change management processes.
• Work with field managers to ensure job readiness and on-time completion.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
