Job summary

Harris is seeking an Implementation and Project Delivery professional to lead end-to-end SIS deployments for higher education institutions from kickoff through go-live. You will manage timelines, risks, and communications with client steering committees while advocating for out-of-the-box functionality over heavy customization.

You will act as a subject matter expert in higher education operations, ensure FERPA/Title IV compliance, and support data governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in professional services or project management within higher education technology or SIS platforms.
• Ability to train diverse stakeholder groups effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and escalation management skills.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for data migration, workflow automation, or analytics.
• Knowledge of FERPA, Title IV and data governance principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SIS deployments from kickoff to go-live and manage timelines.
• Support change management and advocate for out-of-the-box functionality.
• Configure and optimize integrations between SIS, LMS, CRM, and ERP systems.
• Deliver training and build relationships with university leadership to expand adoption.
