5+ years managing enterprise or CIS software implementation projects.
Strong leadership skills.
Possess a deep understanding of all activities associated with software system implementations.

Responsibilities

Lead multi-functional project teams toward completing work deliverables for implementation of mission critical software packages.
Review statement of work and create an effective project plan to deliver on specified solution.
Provide updates and manage client expectations, ensuring delivery of highest quality software solution and customer service.
Manage project financials.
Proactively resolve project issues to mitigate delays and to reduce the impact on the client and project timelines.
Conduct post implementation reviews to identify areas of improvement and apply learning.
