Blackbaud, in partnership with Student First, seeks a Senior Solutions Consultant with deep SIS expertise to guide colleges and universities through discovery, validation, and solution evaluation for modern SIS and related campus solutions.

Join a team helping modernize the student lifecycle, design demonstrations, and scale our SIS practice, with travel up to 25% and a focus on connected campus outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Higher Education SIS experience.
• Strong understanding of admissions, enrollment, registration, academic records, and student services.
• Experience with Higher Education technology solutions and consulting/solutions engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery conversations with stakeholders across admissions, enrollment, registrar operations, Financial Aid, Student Accounts, IT, and executive leadership.
• Design and lead validation experiences for business, operational, and technical fit.
• Deliver demonstrations, workshops, and proof scenarios aligned to customer priorities.
• Advise customers on SIS modernization, processes, payments, and integrations.
• Explain how automation and AI capabilities can support institutional effectiveness.
• Support RFPs, technical evaluations, and executive presentations.
• Partner with Student First and Blackbaud teams to deliver successful outcomes.
• Create reusable demo assets and enablement resources to scale SIS expertise.
