Job summary

Harris Computer seeks a Senior Implementation Consultant to deploy Sunrise EMR Core and Ambulatory and related products across client sites in the U.S. This remote role focuses on workflow optimization, deployment, and activation support within a ~12‑month implementation lifecycle.

You will collaborate with PMs, Solution Architects, and CMIOs, translating paper workflows into efficient electronic processes and guiding stakeholders from end-users to executives throughout the project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 2+ years in healthcare IT implementation and configuration.
• EMR Sunrise EMR Core or Ambulatory experience preferred; Epic or Meditech valued if workflows are strong.
• Experience in formal EMR implementation teams.
• Clinical SME with clinic rollout experience preferred.
• Technical background in SQL or SSRS preferred.
• Strong client presentation and written/oral communication skills.
• Project management experience handling long-term implementations (~12 months).
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Implement Sunrise EMR Core/Ambulatory at client sites.
• Lead tasks per project plan with PMs and CMIOs.
• Configure systems and provide high‑level workflow guidance.
• Translate paper workflows into optimized electronic processes.
• Provide activation support and meet client targets.
• Set expectations with stakeholders from end-users to executives.
