Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in SCM, SIOP, ERP, demand/supply planning in manufacturing.
• 1 year experience as a manager of people.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and reside in Eastern or Central US time zones.
• No immigration sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead SIOP deployment and business planning regionally at IBP/divisional level.
• Manage Demand Planning team and standardize processes across ES-A.
• Execute monthly Divisional SIOP with aligned financial/operational plan.
• Ensure end-to-end supply/inventory planning balancing working capital and absorption.
• Drive supply chain digitalization strategy for SIOP and materials tools.
