Job summary

Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years in SCM/SIOP; 1 year in a managerial role; up to 50% travel; salary range $130k-$190k with incentive eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in SCM/SIOP/demand planning or related areas.
• 1 year experience leading people.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and reside in Eastern/Central US time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead SIOP Deployment and Business Planning at IBP/divisional level.
• Manage Demand Planning team and standardize processes.
• Coordinate monthly Divisional SIOP and align financial/operational plans.
• Oversee end-to-end supply & inventory planning balancing working capital and absorption.
• Drive digitalization strategy for SIOP & materials processes.
