Job summary

Eaton’s IS AER FMC division in Los Angeles is seeking an End to End Supply Chain Materials Planning Manager to lead demand-supply balancing for the value stream and guide the SIOP horizon (0-36 months). This role focuses on achieving on-time, in-full fulfillment while optimizing inventory and cash flow.

You will manage a team of schedulers and planners, collaborate with buyers and order managers, and drive improvements in capacity, inventory targets, and policy adherence across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required for this global role.
• Minimum five (5) years of supply chain management and planning experience.
• Minimum two (2) years experience in leadership or project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Network Schedulers / MPS planners across the 0–3 months window.
• Balance capacity vs demand across 0–36 months and drive solutions.
• Collaborate with operations, warehousing and procurement for capacity gaps.
• Oversee replenishment strategy and audits of inventory parameters.
• Develop the consensus supply plan to meet demand on-time and in-full.
• Support SIOP meetings and communicate supply vs demand results.
