Job summary

Eaton’s Power Reliability Division in South Milwaukee, WI seeks a Lead SIOP Analyst to lead the SIOP and S&OE processes, aligning Demand Planning, Master Scheduling, Planning, and Purchasing. This role drives standardization of Planning BOMs and improves reporting tools and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in supply chain with SIOP/S&OE experience.
• 3+ years with SAP and data reporting.
• Willing to relocate within 50 miles of South Milwaukee, WI.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the SIOP and S&OE processes.
• Establish governance and standardization for Planning BOMs.
• Manage data movement from SAP to Demand Solution.
• Develop standard monthly and quarterly executive reports.
• Automate reporting and improve data accuracy.
• Train users on reports and tools.
• Lead improvements in Demand Management data access.
