Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum 5 years of progressive supply chain experience with SIOP/S&OE.
Minimum 3 years of experience with MRP systems, SAP.
Minimum 3 years of experience with data analysis, reporting, and file transfers.
Relocation within 50 miles of South Milwaukee, WI considered.

Responsibilities

Own and drive the SIOP and S&OE processes.
Establish governance and standardization for Planning BOMs across product lines.
Manage data movement from SAP to Demand Solution tools.
Develop and generate standard monthly and quarterly executive reports.
Analyze data using spreadsheets, SQL, and other tools.
Develop and maintain KPIs and provide monthly SIOP reporting to management.
Train users and lead reporting improvement projects.
