Job summary

Eaton Corporation is seeking a SIOP Operations Manager to lead deployment and business planning for the ES AMER MFGSC division. This remote role supports Eastern and Central time zones in the USA, with up to 50% travel for select regions including Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and Charlotte.

You will drive monthly Divisional SIOP, manage demand planning, and oversee end-to-end supply chain processes. Competitive salary ranges are offered with eligibility for a variable incentive program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years in SCM, SIOP, ERP systems, demand or supply planning in manufacturing.
• 1 year experience as a Manager of people.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%; reside in Eastern/Central US time zones.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead SIOP Deployment and Business Planning at the IBP/divisional level, across levels and functions.
• Manage the Demand Planning team across network, standardize processes.
• Execute the monthly Divisional SIOP process with an aligned financial/operational plan.
• Ensure effective supply and inventory planning across the E2E supply chain.
• Lead the digitalization strategy for SIOP and materials processes/tools.
