Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive supply chain experience, including SIOP/SOE.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with MRP systems, SAP.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Pivot Tables and other data analysis tools.
• Relocation benefits offered within 50 miles of South Milwaukee, WI.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the SIOP and S&OE processes.
• Establish governance, standardization, and continuous improvement for Planning BOMs across product lines.
• Manage data movement from SAP to Demand Solution tools.
• Develop and generate standard monthly operations and quarterly executive reports.
• Drive accountability with key stakeholders and analyze data with spreadsheets, SQL, and other tools.
• Develop and maintain KPIs and provide monthly reporting on SIOP performance.
• Train users on reports and tools and lead improvement projects.
