Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Simpro setup and configuration.
• Experience migrating or implementing a company into Simpro.
• Experience with data import/export (CSV, spreadsheets).

Responsibilities

• Review the company's existing system and workflow.
• Export customer, job, and product/service data from the current platform.
• Clean, organise, and prepare data for import.
• Set up price books, cost centres, and service rates.
• Configure technician users and permissions.
• Test the system and ensure operations run smoothly.
