Job summary

HireHawk Inc. is seeking an experienced E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for a remote role based in the United States. You’ll manage the end-to-end Shopify workflow, ensure accurate order processing, and drive customer operations from intake to delivery.

This high-ownership position requires coordinating with suppliers and offshore teams, optimizing workflows, and scaling operations for a $3M+ revenue e-commerce brand. Strong problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Shopify operations experience is required.
• Experience in B2B e-commerce with bulk/custom orders.
• Proven ability to manage fulfillment coordination and logistics.
• Experience managing customer operations and post-purchase workflows.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience with remote or offshore teams.
• Print-on-demand or custom product experience.
• Familiarity with e-commerce/CRM platforms like Klaviyo or Close CRM.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Shopify store operations end-to-end.
• Oversee the full order lifecycle: intake, production, fulfillment, delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers, production teams, and fulfillment partners.
• Manage customer operations, including issue resolution and communication.
• Lead and manage a small remote/offshore team.
• Implement and optimize operational processes and workflows.
• Ensure order accuracy, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction.
• Support project management across operations and fulfillment.
• Collaborate with leadership to scale operations and improve efficiency.
• Hands-on Shopify operations experience (required).
