Job summary

The Global Talent Co. has partnered with a fast-growing DTC health & wellness brand to hire an Ecommerce Operations Lead. You’ll own day-to-day Shopify storefront operations, from PDPs to collections and promotions, ensuring accuracy and on-brand presentation.

In this hands-on role, you’ll collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Category, and Customer Experience to drive CRO initiatives, site enhancements, and efficient launch readiness across campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Shopify storefronts with a focus on accuracy and speed.
• Ability to own end-to-end storefront operations & QA before launches.
• Strong collaboration with Marketing, Creative, Category, and Customer Experience.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of the Shopify storefront: PDPs, collections, landing pages, and site content.
• Configure and launch products, bundles, subscriptions, and promotions.
• Manage navigation, search, product visibility, and onsite merchandising.
