Job summary

AJ Media, a portfolio of ecommerce brands, seeks an execution-focused administrative professional to support the COO and Brand Launch Manager. You will handle merchant setup, launch coordination, and day-to-day admin tasks across our store portfolio.

You will maintain checklists, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and help keep Shopify listings accurate. This role is fully remote with room to grow in a fast-moving ecommerce environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of administrative, project-coordination, or ecommerce support experience.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized, able to follow checklists precisely.
• Basic familiarity with Shopify at a listing-entry level.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, trackers, and basic dashboard monitoring.
• Clear written communication for coordinating with vendors, developers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle merchant setup paperwork and brand admin tasks.
• Prepare documentation for merchant account applications.
• Maintain launch checklists and SOPs.
• Set up helpdesk/ticketing infrastructure.
• Coordinate 3PL paperwork routing to the Supply Chain Manager (paperwork only).
• Manage Shopify store setup tasks and product listings.
• Track integration checklists for payments, emails, analytics, and fulfillment.
• Run pre-launch QA and log results; escalate to COO as needed.
• Update launch SOP documents.
