Job summary

Tech Holding is seeking an experienced Manager, Ecommerce Operations for a project-based assignment to drive operational excellence, project execution, and cross-functional coordination for a rapidly scaling omnichannel ecommerce business.

The ideal candidate has 6–8+ years in ecommerce ops, is adept with Shopify Plus and integrations, and can lead with a structured, analytical approach across IT, Logistics, Retail and Finance.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in ecommerce operations, digital operations, or ecommerce project management.
• Experience supporting Shopify Plus operations and ecommerce system integrations.
• Strong understanding of fulfillment operations, 3PL workflows, and omnichannel concepts.
• Ability to manage complex cross-functional projects end-to-end.
• Excellent documentation, process mapping, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own daily ecommerce KPIs including order flow, returns, cancellations, and fulfillment quality.
• Identify root causes and propose process improvements and strategic solutions.
• Maintain and improve SOPs across ecommerce networks and workflows.
• Monitor top-level 3PL and SLA performance; collaborate with warehouse partners to boost efficiency.
• Forecast and procure ecommerce packaging needs with Retail teams.
