Job summary

HireHawk is hiring an Ecommerce Manager to own on-site and channel execution for a fast-growing DTC haircare brand. You will drive CRO on Shopify, optimize TikTok Shop and Amazon listings, and manage Klaviyo email campaigns. Collaboration with Growth and retention partners will shape strategies and execution.

You’ll ship fast, iterate, and move metrics, while maintaining clean operations across ecommerce tooling and data flows.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a DTC ecommerce role; Shopify experience required.
• Klaviyo campaigns, flows, and reporting experience.
• Experience with TikTok Shop and Amazon Seller Central.
• CRO mindset focused on customer journey and on-site performance.
• Comfort using AI tools to accelerate outputs and analysis.
• Strong communication across creative, growth, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Own CRO across Shopify storefront PDPs, collections, checkout and homepage; run A/B tests.
• Manage TikTok Shop PDP optimization, imagery, and category setup; monitor performance.
• Assist with Amazon listing optimization and health; address policy flags.
• Execute email campaigns end-to-end in Klaviyo; manage flows and reporting.
• Maintain tooling, SOPs, app configurations, and onboarding for new integrations.
