ViaQuest is seeking a Shared Living Provider contractor to deliver in-home support to individuals with developmental disabilities. Training is provided, including CPR and First Aid, with a competitive stipend and 24/7 support.

Position offers flexible, work-from-home arrangements and completes all billing for providers. Applicants must meet basic requirements and have a spare bedroom to share.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance.
• Fewer than 6 points on motor vehicle record in last two years.
• Spare bedroom and willingness to share your home.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, promoting independence, choice and safety.
• Supervise, teach and assist individuals in daily life.
• Integrate the individual into your everyday life.
• Provide personal care assistance.
• Assist with community outings and appointments, including transportation.
