Job summary

ViaQuest, Inc. is seeking a Shared Living Provider to offer care from the comfort of your own home. This full-time opportunity provides a stipend of $100–$150 per day and includes required training such as CPR and First Aid.

Training is offered, and you will be supported by 24/7 assistance from ViaQuest. Responsibilities include direct care, supervision and teaching, helping individuals live more independently, and accompanying them to community activities and appointments.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Supervise, teach, and assist individuals in daily activities.
• Integrate the individual into your everyday life and community.
• Provide personal care assistance.
• Transport and accompany individuals to appointments and outings.
