ViaQuest is seeking a Shared Living Provider Contractor to offer direct care and support from your home. This role involves helping individuals with developmental disabilities to gain independence, while ensuring health and safety, and facilitating community activities.

Requirements include being 18+, having a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and car insurance. Flexible with an option to work from home and comprehensive training provided.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Spare bedroom and willingness to share your home.
• Fewer than 6 points in the last two years on your motor vehicle record.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Supervise, teach, and assist individuals in all aspects of life.
• Integrate the individual into your everyday life.
• Provide personal care assistance.
• Participate in community outings and appointments through transporting and assisting the individual served.
