Job summary

ViaQuest is seeking Shared Living Providers to offer care to individuals with developmental disabilities from the comfort of your home in Ohio. This full-time role includes training (CPR/First Aid), a stipend, and the ability to work remotely while ensuring health and safety guidelines are met.

Responsibilities include direct care, daily living support, and community outings, with all billing handled by the program.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance.
• Fewer than 6 points on motor vehicle record in last two years.
• Spare bedroom and willingness to share your home.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities while promoting independence, choice and empowerment.
• Supervise, teach, and assist individuals in daily living activities.
• Integrate individuals into everyday life and community activities.
• Provide personal care assistance as needed.
• Transport and accompany individuals to appointments and community outings.
