Job summary

ViaQuest is seeking a Shared Living Provider (Contractor) to offer direct care at home for individuals with developmental disabilities. You will provide daily support, supervise activities, and help them participate in community activities while residing in your home.

Training including CPR/First Aid is provided, with a competitive daily stipend and paid respite days. This role offers flexibility and the ability to work from home, with 24/7 support from ViaQuest.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and able to provide care.
• Background in caregiving and home support is desirable.
• Ability to transport and accompany individuals to appointments and activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities while they live in your home.
• Supervise, teach, and assist individuals in daily activities.
• Integrate the individual into your everyday life and routines.
• Provide personal care assistance as needed.
• Transport and accompany individuals to community outings and appointments.
