Job summary

ViaQuest is seeking a Shared Living Provider to care for individuals with developmental disabilities from your own home. Training including CPR and First Aid is provided. A competitive daily stipend is offered along with the flexibility to work from home.

Responsibilities include supervision, teaching, and assisting residents to live more independently, while ensuring health and safety. Candidates must be 18+, have a GED or high school diploma, and hold a valid driver’s license with insurance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and car insurance.
• Fewer than 6 points on your motor vehicle record in the last two years.
• Willingness to share your home and a spare bedroom.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Supervise, teach, and assist individuals in daily living activities.
• Integrate the individual into your everyday life and routines.
• Assist with community outings, appointments, and transportation.
