Job summary

ViaQuest is seeking Shared Living Providers to support individuals with developmental disabilities from their own home. The role offers a full-time, remote arrangement with required training, including CPR and First Aid, and a competitive daily stipend.

Providers are responsible for safety, care, and coordination of community activities, with ongoing support from ViaQuest. The position emphasizes independence, empowerment, and the ability to work from home, while adhering to family-like living

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance.
• Fewer than 6 points on DMV record in last 2 years.
• Spare bedroom and willingness to share home.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, fostering independence, choice and safety.
• Supervise, teach, and assist individuals in all aspects of life.
• Integrate the individual into your everyday life.
• Provide personal care assistance.
• Assist with community outings and appointments, including transportation.
