Job summary

ViaQuest is seeking a compassionate Shared Living Provider to welcome an adult with developmental disabilities into your home, offering daily support, companionship, and a safe, inclusive environment.

You will provide daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, and transportation, schedule medical appointments, keep simple records, and communicate with ViaQuest staff. Training and background checks are provided as part of the process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license, reliable insured vehicle, and good driving record.
• Clean background checks.
• Home that meets safety requirements (home assessment required).
• Home or renter's insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care and support to an adult with a developmental disability living in your home.
• Provide a private bedroom and a safe, supportive home environment.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, and transportation.
• Encourage independence through skill development and guidance.
• Schedule and attend medical appointments and social activities.
• Keep simple daily records and communicate with ViaQuest staff.
• 24/6 support from a dedicated ViaQuest Manager.
• Tools and assistance for documentation, billing, and compliance.

• Additional room & board income (average $630/month)

• 24/6 support from a dedicated ViaQuest Manager
